Navigate the newly discovered Egyptian tomb of Quadi Ombi to collect treasures hidden within its inner chamber. As a tomb raider, you’ll need to overcome quicksand, asps (Egyptian cobras) and scorpions to score a decent haul.

The Game

Raid the newly discovered Egyptian temple of Ombi Quadi to collect the treasures hidden within its inner chamber.

The treasures are guarded by cobra-like snakes called asps, ready to attack from myriad snake pits. The guardians' pits are surrounded by quicksand, which is impenetrable by foot.

To reach the inner chamber, use polyomino-shaped planks to build platforms to cross the quicksand and cover the pits. Navigate your pathways around granite slabs that raise and lower to block your path.

Upon reaching the center of the temple you may have to climb a tower to escape with a valuable treasure. While escaping, beware of the scorpion which your opponent will unleash.

Play in three-phase rounds (Build-Collect-Escape) until all treasures have been recovered.

Four antechambers allow up to four players to compete against each other. Use optional treasure towers to allow for 3D game play.

The configurable game board provides for a variety of challenging levels of play.

Multi-Player Game Play

  • roll both dice or play an action card
  • connect a platform to a matching platform (die numbers)
  • double roll: connect any platform or remove an opponent's platform
  • once all pits are covered, move your explorer - one die roll at a time
  • the first explorer to reach the temple grabs the current treasure
  • play in rounds until all treasures have been collected
  • the player with the most treasure points wins.


Solo Game Play

  • roll both dice to place platforms in the antechamber
  • connect a platform to a matching platform (die numbers)
  • optimize connections
  • double roll: connect any platform
  • win by filling the antechamber with platforms.
